Way to go!!! I am going to run the Rock-n-Roll this year... or at least I am training for it :)
Hey you should come out and do the Triathlon in Santa Barbara that Aaron is gonna do in August. Way to go Augie.Wish I could still run. But at least my knee still works to walk.
Congrats Augie...way to go!!!! I am planning another race on Father's day out here. I so want to run the Rock-n-Roll with you this year...I don't know if I can get out to Virginia though.
